I am authorized to use the credit card I am using for this purchase and I am at least 16 years old. I will take steps so that no accidental chargebacks occur by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase.

Ticketed events are no refund, no exchange events. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, for any reason and at the discretion of the promoters/organizers,  only the price of the ticket will be refunded.  Processing and delivery fees are never refunded.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I understand that, "TICKETSTOBUY.COM" will show up on my credit card statement.

In the event of a mistaken chargeback, I agree to pay a $30 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount.

I understand that we have a LIMITED REFUND POLICY and that processing fees are NEVER refunded.  Processing fees are charged based on ticket price.

In the case of an event "reschedule", a refund can be requested based on the unavailable nature of attending the new date.  In the case of a "concert day, will-call gate ticket pickup and/or print at home ticket" order, a refund will be given within 5-7 business days of the written online request or email.  In the case of delivery of printed, mailed tickets, receipt of delivered tickets must be received in the Ticketstobuy.com office prior to the refund issue date.

Shipping: Normal 1st class delivery of ticket orders take 5-7 business days.  Allow for that in placing your order(s).
If offered, USPS Priority 2-3 shipping or UPS Red Overnight Saver packages ship on the next business day after the order is placed and cleared in our system.
